(THE CHRISTIAN TELEGRAPH) A minister of the Manmin church from the UK told the Christian news agency Christian Telegraph that he believes Christianity today looks like a business. David William Mukasa also noted that today the pure preaching of the Gospel should be shared over the Internet and the media.

“We need to do everything possible to get through the mass media to share the pure Gospel, and not a truncated gospel, said the minister.” “For example, Manmin programs are broadcasting on the channel “Loveworld TV” in our country. Different people are watching us, even those who are not members of Manmin church. They call us and express their gratitude. We even have one woman who attends a synagogue. She has all the records of the pastor Jaerock Lee’s sermons. And when we release a new book, she calls us and asks to buy one for her. Also Manmin TV station has opened in Europe. It broadcasts 24 hours per day, seven days a week. In that way the Gospel comes into our home.”

Pastor David stressed that modern Christianity has become more and more like a business. “You know, today the gospel becomes more like a business,” said the minister. “People are promised a financial breakthrough, but no one talks about how to achieve it and then hold it. People got healed, they throw the crutches, start walking, but nobody teaches them how to keep this health. And then they say, “The Lord told me that two people should sow about 2000 pounds this year.” And people began to sow. This happens almost in all the churches. People are tired. This is not the gospel which reaches the depths of the hearts. Today, if the pastor does not speak about finance and wealth, in the eyes of the people he is a poor preacher. And there is Dr. Jaerock Lee. He preaches about the holiness, the heart condition, and about the fruit. And, you know, many are asking: “I have heard many sermons in my life, why have I never heard of such gospel?”

David William Mukasa and his wife Jane Mpologoma are missionaries of the Manmin church in the UK. David and Jane came from Uganda to the UK about 30 years ago (Jane is the princess of Uganda), and since 2009, they are missionaries and pastors of the Manmin church. David Williams also has more than 10 years working with people with mental health problems, combining the work with the ministry.
