By Tashia The second best night of gospel music, goes down March 16th in Los Angeles. The BET Celebration of Gospel will return for its 13th season. The stunning night of gospel music will tape on that night and the list for performances have been released: GRAMMY® winners Israel Houghton & New Breed, Dorinda Clark Cole, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Karen Clark Sheard, and Yolanda Adams. Seems like the ol’regulars but with the addition of Charles Jenkins & Fellowship Choir, Kierra Sheard, Isaac Carree, Canton Jones, Da T.R.U.T.H., “SUNDAY BEST” finalist Jessica Reedy and “SUNDAY BEST” winners Joshua Rogers and Le’Andria Johnson, this is where my excitement starts to grow!
Make sure to tune into BET on April 7, 2013 when the show airs. Steve Harvey will be returning as the show’s host, there is a tribute to James Cleveland and the mixture of gospel and r&b/pop artists is sure to give us a great show as always.
