(PEACE FM)-Ghana’s Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a petition filed by the 2012 Presidential candidate of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo; his running mate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the party’s national chairman Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, to annul President John Mahama’s narrow victory in last year’s disputed election, after the court ruled that President Mahama was legitimately elected.
