Pastor Paul Adefarasin’s House on the Rock, the Refuge Abuja, will this Friday host ‘night of prayer, praise and worship’ tagged Jam Mega Fest 2013 in Abuja.
Jam is an acronym for Jesus and Me. Jam Mega Fest which usually holds at the Eagle Square Abuja did not hold in the last two years due to security concerns.
It is estimated that 10,000 worshippers will be present. Renowned gospel artists within and from outside Nigeria like Judy Jacobs, Micah Stampley, Frank Edwards, Solomon Longe, Kingsley Ike and many others are expected to lead the worshippers in praises and worship.
The convener of the festival, Rev Goodheart Ekweme said, “The vision is to gather Nigerians under one umbrella to sing praises to God for better nation building.”
The festival with the theme “Nigeria Arise and Shine” is an interdenominational gathering.
